Fajitas

My first proper cooking post is, unfortunately, something that didn’t turn out well! 😦

We made beef fajitas loosely using a recipe from a German website. The shells called for 150g wheat flour, 100g corn flower, and 200g water. We tweaked the recipe a big, made it bigger, and slightly altered the ratio of the flours. The problem was that the shells didn’t turn out how we hoped — they were quite hard and disappointing. Might stick to pre-made ones in the future!

Our toppings were ground beef, cheddar & feta cheeses, lettuce, tomato, olives and sour cream.
