I am not normally a baker — I much prefer cooking to baking. Occasionally though, I do enter the baking foray. I got this recipe from Food & Wine magazine’s website. It was almost pathetically simple to make — only 4 ingredients! The cookies turned out tasty and addictive, but not perfect. In my opinion, they were TOO sweet. If I make them again I will put in less sugar (and they are certainly not very healthy so I will not be making them regularly!). Also, as you might be able to tell by the picture, they were slightly overdone. That was purely my fault. I cooked them for probably 2-3 minutes too long.
