Sausage & Mushroom Spaghetti

This really is as simple as it sounds, and it’s extremely delicious.

I made this the other night. First I grilled the sausages in the oven for about 25 minutes at 200 degrees. I then added garlic, chopped up mushrooms, herbs, and the cooked sausages into a pre-made sauce and let it simmer for around 20 minutes (the longer, the better, but we were hungry). When the sauce is ready, you simply add it on top of your cooked noodles, and voila! It’s easy and makes a fresh change from spaghetti with mince meat.:)
