Sometimes you come across a recipe, like it immediately, and make it the same day. That is what happened in this case. I found the recipe on one of the blogs I follow on my GoogleReader, Love and Lemons.
The recipe is for vegetable and tofu curry, but I used chicken instead. The curry is straightforward to make, and quite tasty. Instead of a serrano chili, I used chili flakes, which was a bit milder, but still very good. It’s served with a cardamom yogurt, which is plain yogurt (yum!), cardamom, sugar, lemon juice, olive oil, and mustard seeds (which I did not have and didn’t use).
We had this curry with Naan bread, perfect for sopping up extra sauce!
The pictures didn’t turn out very well for this dish (the one on the original site is much prettier).
